Quick, easy, and tasty. I don’t buy these boxed pasta dinners often but I do like to have at least one in the pantry for a quick meal. Normally I buy the store brand because it’s the cheapest but if these Macaroni Grill kits were competitive price-wise (sale and coupon combined) I’d be interested in buying it again.
Manufacturer’s description: The dinner kits include everything needed to create a high-quality meal in one box including premium ingredients such as such as vine-ripened tomatoes, select cooking wines, specialty herbs and 100% semolina pasta. All you have to do is add one pound of chicken or your choice of proteins such as shrimp or Italian sausage. Varieties of Romano’s Macaroni Grill Restaurant Favorites dinner kits include Garlic & Herb Chicken Penne, Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken & Pasta, Chicken Alfredo with Linguine and Chicken Marsala with Linguine.
Three readers will win a What’s For Dinner? Gift Basket courtesy of Romano’s Macaroni Grill Restaurant Favorites and myblogspark.com. The basket contains a sample of Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken Pasta variety, three coupons for you to try the other varieties the next time you visit your local grocer, a colander, serving spoon and cheese grater.

My biggest struggle is having really picky kids and a husband who eats his own diet food.
My struggle is finding something healthy that everyone will eat.
One of my biggest struggles with making dinner is the mess it leaves behind! We don’t have a dishwasher so it can be overwhelming to see the amount of dishes that need cleaning after working so hard on dinner. Thankfully my husband is willing to help!

My Biggest Dinner Struggle with Dinner time is figuring out what to make. I’m a vegetarian and Hubby eats meat and still after 25 years we cannot “meat” a common ground… but its gettin’ better! hahha
He will actually eat a Veggie burger now.
If someone would just give me a Menu that EVERYONE would eat, I would FIX ANYTHING!!!

at the moment my biggest struggle is 24 hour a day morning sickness that prevents me from even thinking about cooking without wanting to puke. Add to that a husband whose most successful culinary skills include boxed mac ‘n cheese and take-out… and we’ve got a recipe for disaster over here.

I tutor after school, so it’s hard to get dinner started. I either have to start it earlier in the day, or have something around for my husband to prepare.
Making sure it’s healthy, the kids will eat it fairly well, and it takes less than an hour to prepare.
Thanks for the chance,
