Organizing in the Kitchen

by Carrie on April 17, 2009

I finally got my food storage containers sorted out and organized. Most used items are on the top shelf so I don’t have to bend over so much. I do plan to get some sort of rack so that the large flat items like cutting boards in the upper left hand section can be held vertically. I still need to assess what containers are being used elsewhere because I think I have one container without a lid and one lid without a container. While I was at it I sorted out my baking pans too. The trick now will be not being too lazy when I’m putting away the dishes so I don’t make a mess of things again.
