It’s excruciatingly hot right now so I’m aiming for simple items I can make without the oven this week.
- Ginger Stuffed Chicken with Sesame Spinach from Real Simple magazine, rice
- Steak, twice baked potatoes, salad
- Waffles and bacon
For desserts this week I have some leftover kahlua brownies from last week and a freezer full of popsicles to be eaten.
