We’re having some hot, hot weather here in California so this week I’m planning to cook some lighter dishes.

• Grilled Cumin Chicken with Chipotle Rice from Cooking Light magazine
• Southwestern Steak Salad from Everyday Food magazine
• Romaine Salad with Crispy Prosciutto and White Beans from Everyday Food magazine
• Grasshopper Pie from my mom’s recipe (I’ll be sharing that recipe later this week)
