My menu is super simple this week. I’m out of reusable containers for leftovers which means it’s time to eat down the freezer (I won’t be fully participating in the challenge but the dates just happen to line up with my jam packed freezer situation). I’ve got a few cravings I want to indulge so I will be doing a bit of cooking. I’m not telling you what I’m baking this week because it’s a surprise for the Daring Bakers challenge. - Ground Beef Tacos
- Spinach Artichoke Dip from Everyday Food magazine (this will be my first ever experience using a food processor!), Aunt Ann’s No Knead Bread and fresh veggies for dipping
