Here’s a cute little clipping I found taped into the front of one of my grandmother’s cookbooks:
I finally feel like I’ve gotten the hang of cooking at home and am not so tempted to eat out anymore. Cooking three nights a week hasn’t been quite enough the past few weeks so I’m going to see how planning for four nights a week works out and I’m going to be sure to plan at least one non-meat meal each week.

We’ve been eating out way too much lately, too. We’re planning to curb that for June with better planning and having quick meals that we can turn to if needed.

WHat a great looking menu!
The garlic marinated chicken and thai salad sounds delish!
IT definitely is great to be able to make things at home.
Have a great Monday!

That’s such a classic clipping–looks like something my hometown paper would still run today. Just wanted to say that your menu looks great and I LOVE the Great Food Fast cookbook. It’s just a great collection of food you’d really like to make.
