Mainly working with things I already have on hand again this week. The mascarpone brownie recipe looks delicious and came at just the right time since I still have 4 ounces left over from a meal I made last week. Cherries are finally in season so I can make this Cherry Clafouti that looks amazing too.
- Honey-teriyaki Chicken from Everyday Food magazine, rice, baby carrots
- Beef Stroganoff, noodles, green peas
- Breakfast for dinner: Pancakes from the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook, scrambled eggs, and sausage
- Baking: One Bowl Mascarpone Brownies from The Kitchn and Cherry Clafouti from Martha Stewart Living magazine
