I think the only thing I’ll need for this meal plan is the mascarpone cheese. We’ll see what else is at a really good sale price and how I’m doing on milk before I hit the grocery store.
- Chicken Breasts stuffed with Goat Cheese, Caramelized Spring Onions, and Thyme from Cooking Light, couscous, salad
- Soy Glazed Flank Steak from Martha Stewart Living, white rice, salad
- Bowties with Asparagus, Mascarpone, and Jamón Serrano (I’m going to substitute bacon and rigatoni)

I like your idea of the substituting it with asparagus .I love my chicken dishes with it .How about Avocado .

I actually don’t like avocado. I’m slowly working on liking more green foods and just haven’t gotten to that one yet.
