This week I’m using Menu Maker Mom’s Make-a-menu Binder system to use only things I already have (will need to buy sweet potatoes and an onion but that should be it). I’m trying to save a bit on groceries this week since my job is making me take 5 unpaid days off over the next 3 months.

Lots of pasta this week because apparently that is what I have on hand. I’ll probably substitute penne and frozen tortellini in two of the recipes since I have those on hand and it’ll be a bit more variety.
