Meal Plan 2/15

Meals for this week. These four items should yield me plenty of leftovers to get through the entire week.

  • Risotto from Fanny at Chez Panisse (my favorite kids cookbook)
  • Maple Roasted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes from an old issue of Real Simple
  • Baked Pasta with Winter Squash from Everyday Food: Great Food Fast
  • Stir fry with strips of beef and snow peas (no recipe, I’ll just wing this one)
