Meal Plan 1/25

This week’s meal plan. I haven’t been getting to all of the meals I’ve been planning so there’s one less this week. On the other 3 nights I’ll have leftovers, eat out, or eat at my boyfriend’s or my parents’ house.

  • Garlic-roasted Chicken Breasts with brussels sprouts
  • Chicken with Cranberry Sauce and Mashed Potatoes
  • Chili Rubbed Steak with Salad
  • Crispy Apricot Pork Chops

All I needed to pick up that I didn’t already have in the pantry or freezer for these meals was a jar of apricot jam and a loaf of multigrain bread (which I’ll test out with my panini pan for lunches too). This week’s recipes are all from Everyday Food: Great Food Fast again. I’ve made four recipes so far and they’ve all been great. Last night’s dinner of Beef Bulgogi was so good that my boyfriend said he wanted to lick his plate.
