Here’s my meal plan for the rest of the week (planning to eat out one night this week). A little late because I had to work a trade show Sunday through today for work. Also, because I worked so hard these past few days I haven’t made it grocery shopping this week and don’t plan to because I’ve got plenty of stuff stocked in my pantry and freezer.
- Roasted chicken and vegetables
- Beef Bulgogi with white rice
- Pasta and Easy Italian Meat Sauce with salad
- Garlic-roasted Chicken Breasts with brussels sprouts
