Last week was a long week especially considering that I had forgotten that our annual company wide sales meeting was going to involve being at work early for catered breakfasts and going out to dinner late each night. Thus I didn’t get to a single item on last week’s meal plan other than the hummus and pitas.
This week I’ll be actually getting around to last week’s plan and I’ll be adding in the Chocolate Caramel Cookie Bars from the most recent issue of Martha Stewart Living magazine.
