Everything I made last week turned out great. I also finally got the canned pumpkin I needed to make those Pumpkin Cream Cheese Cupcakes from Real Simple magazine so between those and the Candy Corn Bark I’m stocked up on sweets for a while.
Here’s what I’m craving this week:
- Maple Roasted Chicken and Sweet Potatoes from Real Simple magazine
- tortellini with some leftover turkey meatballs from the freezer
- hummus and pitas
- Pumpkin Coconut Bread (the stores here only have huge cans of pumpkin so I’ve got half a can hanging out in the fridge that needs used up now, this might go in the freezer for breakfasts at a later date)
