Fiestaware from JC Penney $10 off $25

I used the JC Penney $10 off a $25 purchase coupon code of 10GIFT that I heard about from “Cents”able Momma to purchase this lovely Fiestaware disk pitcher for $27.79 including shipping and sales tax. That’s 8% cheaper than the Replacements Ltd price before shipping and it’s 40% cheaper than the regular retail price of $46.

I have a list of the Fiestaware pieces I’m interested in getting in the most immediate future and of the items on that list that JC Penney has available in the $25-30 range, this pitcher had the largest discount versus the Replacements Ltd price.

For inquiring minds, that list is:

• Dinner, lunch, salad, and bread & butter plates and rimmed soup, cereal, and fruit bowls in 4, 8, and 12 place setting intervals – I’m currently at 4 full place settings in cobalt with 8 of some items if you count my peacock and rose pieces
• 2 serving bowls
• 2 serving platters
• covered casserole
• cream & sugar
• gravy boat
• cake plate
• pitcher

There’s a lot of fake Fiestaware out there so I’m making sure I purchase only from authorized resellers. Of those, Replacements Ltd is usually about 40% cheaper than regular retail, but Macy’s, Kohls, and JC Penney are also authorized resellers that I have local access to and am watching for good sales. Today’s coupon worked out well because I was able to use it in combination with a sale price that JC Penney was already offering.
