I really appreciate your site, but don't often feel brilliant enough to leave a comment. (My brain is rather dull!)
I do have one question, do you ever worry about the type of things you are buying by being frugal? I mean the processed "food" items.
I'm not trying to be rude. One of the things i've read is that the current economic down-turn has people buying more of the cheap convenience foods at the cost of nutrition & good health.
Thank you so much for your blog. I do read & enjoy it. It is just often i can't think of a salient comment or question to make.
@Kathryn
i’m actually buying far less processed and convenience foods than ever before in effort to be frugal. i’m meal planning and buying exactly what i need to make my meals for that week and i’m doing more of the processing myself so that i don’t have to pay someone else to be doing it.

Hi! Just found your blog because I’m hosting the MIFS carnival next Tuesday and you submitted that awesome blueberry crumble recipe!
I’ve really been trying to comment more on other people’s blogs – I think it’s important to let people know someone is reading or add your input!
Love your blog header, by the way.
Hi!
I’ve found your blog through the Blog Improvement Project. I have been trying to get more comments to my blog also. Have a great week end.
