I love reusable food storage containers because they’re so much more eco-friendly than Ziploc bags, plastic wrap, or the like, but this cabinet is easily the most disorganized place in my house. I need help getting this cleaned up.
How do you organize your food storage containers?

I store this type of container on two separate shelves in my closet. One shelf holds the square and rectangular containers, starting with biggest on top. The other shelf works the same way, with the circular containers. Due to space, most of the covers are kept upright, leaning against the side of the shelf beside the appropriate stack of containers.
Even though it takes up more room, I’ve found it helpful to store containers with the lids attached. I am always losing lids and this makes it easier to find them. I also periodically get rid of containers I don’t use b/c of lack of space.
I have a cabinet in my kitchen that is three large drawers. I store all my tupperware stacked by size in the bottom drawer. If you don’t have big drawers in your kitchen, pick up one of those shelf sliders from home depot to turn a shelf into a drawer. It is MUCH easier than storing on a shelf…oh and i use a big container that I don’t use much to hold all the lids.
