Second quarter 2009 eBates checks should be arriving anytime now.

eBates is a service that gives you cash back on various online purchases that you make. All you need to do is use the link on eBates.com to get to the site to make your purchase.

I’ve been a member since 2004 and to date I have gotten $404.41 back total. Cash back is sent quarterly via paper check or Paypal (and they’re set up so that you don’t lose anything in Paypal fees when you receive your cash back).

This time around I got back $45.31 by clicking through eBates before I shopped at the Apple store, eBay, iTunes, JCPenney, Vision Direct, and Vista Print. All places I would have been shopping at anyway.
