I’m going to have to bookmark this post — there are so many great resources here! Thought I’d offer up another great blog post I came across recently: http://www.wisebread.com/leftovers-six-money-saving-ideas-for-those-bits-at-the-bottom-of-the-jar. The author has some great ideas for using up small amounts of peanut butter, tomato sauce, etc.
