I just inherited five sets from my grandma and wondered what I should do with them. Thanks for the remonder that paper plates haven’t always been the norm. Now I just need a baby shower to host.

I do the same thing! I've got all of my trays at thrift stores. Most of it doesn't match, which makes storing it a little more difficult, but it looks much more interesting when it is set out on the table. .-= Andie´s last post ..What's In A Name? =-.

I totally love these vintage glasses. In fact I love anything vintage
My favorite boxes are vintage style. I cant’ use much of my glass and tea sets because my boys have ended up breaking lots of stuff.
I’m going t use my china set for a tea party that i will be hosting for my friend next week.

I love these dishes! I started my set after getting some at a garage sale. Now I keep my eye open at goodwill and other resale shops. My pattern has grapevines and grapes on them. When I was growing up (I’m 29), every baby shower, luncheon, or get together at church used this kind of glass dishes. It is so weird to go somewhere and see paper plates now…except at my house!! We love to use my glass dishes!!
